YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods.

If you cancel after receiving your goods, you must return them to us. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please refer to our Returns Policy for return instructions.

Once the goods have been returned, any refund due will be processed in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including personalised or made-to-order items.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

2. Complete and submit the withdrawal request form below before your cancellation period expires.

3. The form will show confirmation upon submission, and we will send an email confirming receipt of your request to cancel.

4. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel the affected items today.

5. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery where this option is available. Alternatively, you may return the goods after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

6. If your order has already been delivered, please follow the instructions in our Returns Policy to return the goods.

7. Once any returned goods are received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation and our Returns Policy.
